TradeLocker is looking for a proactive Product Manager to drive the next phase of our product evolution, working primarily on key product initiatives with a strong focus on the core trading platform. A strong interest in automated trading, data, and AI is a positive.
In this role, you’ll work closely with dedicated product teams, shaping features and solutions that directly empower our trader clients to discover profitable trading opportunities, and power innovative AI features to help them manage their risk and trade successfully. You’ll have ownership of key initiatives within the team: helping shape the roadmap, executing on product goals, and making data-informed decisions that keep our platform ahead of the curve.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Strategy & Discovery: Understand trader needs, validate hypotheses, and interact with clients to shape the product roadmap for platform trading and risk management features.
- Hands-on Operations & Documentation: Own the day-to-day product operations, including writing detailed specs/documentation, managing Jira ticketing, maintaining backlog hygiene, and defining clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Product Delivery & Execution: Translate product strategy into actionable plans. Manage epics, features, and roadmaps while driving execution alongside engineering and design while leveraging AI to improve efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership to align product deliverables with broader business goals and ensure a seamless end-to-end platform experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Product Experience: 2+ years of track record in managing and launching SaaS or fintech products, with a strong focus on delivering real value and measurable outcomes over feature volume.
- Customer Discovery & Execution: Hands-on experience with product discovery, understanding user pain points, and connecting daily execution to broader strategic goals.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to build strong relationships across engineering, design, and business teams, explaining complex ideas clearly to any audience.
- Technical & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with developers and navigating system architectures.
- Trading Passion or Expertise: Personal trading experience is a major plus, or a strong drive and curiosity to master the world of trading, risk management, and financial markets.
- AI evangelist: Passionately pushing at the frontiers of how we can leverage new technologies to rework the traders’ experience, and how we build the software to serve their needs.
Gross salary range for the Product Manager position is between €3000 and €3800 monthly, depending on your experience.
